Khabarovsk

Khabarovsk is one of the largest cities in the Far East, located on the right bank of the Amur River. More than 10000 citizens actively ride bicycles. In Khabarovsk it is specially identified and marked the bicycle paths located in park Severny, Amur Boulevard and at the platform of the Erofey Arena. Bike path at the Amur Boulevard connects the two central streets of the city and it is within reach for citizens. In the morning the majority of citizens switches from cars to bikes and ride to work. It helps to reduce traffic congestion and air pollution that is the most important thing.  At the Erofey platform and embankment of the Lenin stadium it is established a bicycle rental with parking and also cafes and kiosks for everyone. In Khabarovsk every year begins with the opening of bicycle ride season which involves everyone interested with a total of 3500 to 7000 people.
