City Mission and the Main Strategy Objective: Is the Unique Character Possible?

Summary
In many strategies of cities and municipal districts it is presented mission and the main objective. However, a statement quality is poor. The action objective - is to identify and expand best practices in statement of missions and main objectives.
For this purpose it is organized a contest where cities and municipal districts send mission and main objective statements from approved strategy revealing its meaning and implementation process.
During the contest finals it will be heard 10 presentations (5 minutes) and members of the expert jury will discuss it and determine the winners. It will be also held a spectators voting.
Action participants will jointly develop recommendations on the statement of mission and main objectives and achieve necessary skills.
To participate in the finals it is invited representatives from the following municipalities:
• Belgorod
• Vologda
• CATU Seversk (Tomsk Region)
• Murmansk
• Naberezhnye Chelny (Republic of Tatarstan)
• Neftekamsk (Republic of Bashkortostan)
• Novouralsk (Sverdlovsk Region)
• Pestrechinsky Municipal District (Republic of Tatarstan)
• Khabarovsk
• Cherepovets (Vologda Region)
