Summary
The complex changes of the legal framework in the sphere of urban regulation, that starts on January 1, 2017, extremely change approaches and methods of management in this sphere and requires new methodology for urban planning.
At the round table it is planned to discuss the formation of the system of institutions in the urban planning, land use, natural resource and environmental, civil legislation of the Russian Federation that on the one hand guarantee provision of public interest in urban planning and on the other hand guarantee owner right protection to use land and built on it a real estate.
