Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of Russia until 2035 is a document of a top-level strategic planning, defining a system of long-term priorities, goals and objectives of social and economic development of the country. In accordance with the Federal Law № 172 from June 28, 2014 "On the strategic planning in the Russian Federation" the Strategy-2035 will be developed in 2017.

The Strategy-2035 is focused on concentration of the country’s key development resources: human capital, territory, scientific and technological potential. The key objectives of the Strategy are to form long-term goals, combine the available material, financial, human, scientific, technological, information and other resources for the country’s economic growth, and change the system of public administration in order to coordinate the cooperation between the state, business community and civil society institutions in order to achieve the goals and complete the tasks.
