The contest is held separately for the two groups of participants: city districts and municipal districts. Nominations: The best mission; the best main objective; the best combination of mission and main objective. The representatives of the city district government or municipal district government can also participate in the contest.

Applications are accepted until October 1, 2016 in electronic form to the address citystrategy@leontief.ru. Received materials, detailed participation conditions of the contest and selection rules can be found in section http://www.forumstrategov.ru/rus/240.html.

The results and award ceremony will be held in the framework of the Forum evening programme on October 25.
