Sergey Kudryashov, Graduate Student from HSE Campus (Nizhny Novgorod), get an opportunity to participate in XV All-Russia Forum “Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Building Alignment through Dialogue” without the registration fee. This unique opportunity was presented by Boris Zhikharevich, Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre, on the final seminar for the students and post-graduate students of economic specialities. Sergey Kudryashov got the special prize get as a “performer of the most coached speech with a prominent presentation”. The event was held within the Students Workshop in context of the Third Economic Analysis School in HSE – Perm. Sergey produced the work on the theme “Estimation of the Measure Efficiency in Overcoming of the Crisis by an Example of Nizhniy Novgorod Region: Territorial and Sectorial Approach”. In this work Sergey tried to show the positive impact of the regional strategy on the overcoming of the crisis period.
