Forum continued in the Leontief Centre conference-hall on October 26. Leading experts of Leontief Centre Consortium - AV Group held interactive workshop (consultation) to develop a regional strategy for the Forum participants - representatives of the regional authorities.

The workshop was attended by 22 representatives from ten federation subjects (Arkhangelsk Region, Kemerovo Region, Krasnodar region, Lipetsk Region, Murmansk region, Republic of Adygea, Republic of Komi, Republic of Crimea, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Rostov Region, Saratov Region, Tambov Region and Chelyabinsk Region).

Regions were represented by the Ministers of Economic Development, Deputy Ministers and Heads of Governments and Strategic Planning Departments.

Participants discussed the strategic planning system, which is building in the region in accordance with the Federal Law №172, shared experience of solving difficult questions that are not clearly written in the law.

As a result of the discussions it were created proposals for a strategy of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, an action plan for its implementation, organization of monitoring and implementation control.
