The results of the contest of municipal strategies were summarized by the organizers of the Jubilee Forum the winner became Chistopolsky municipal district (Republic of Tatarstan) that won only with one point lead in hard and equal challenge. It also received a people’s choice award by getting 20 votes as well as Tomsky district of the Tomsk region. 76 viewers took part in the voting by using their smartphones.
