XV All-Russia Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Building Alignment through Dialogue" began the second day with the plenary session "Lessons of the past strategies for the future strategies".

Сhairman of the Board of the Fund "Center for Strategic Research" Alexey Kudrin moderated the plenary session which started the second working day of the Strategic Planning Forum.

The session was attended by A.N. Didenko, Deputy, Chairman of the Committee for Federal Management and Local Self-Government; O.V. Fomichev, State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; M.E. Dmitriev, President of the Business Partnership "New Economic Growth"; A.V. Sharonov, President of Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO; D.V. Pankin, Chairman of the Management Board of Eurasian Development Bank; A.A. Meshcheryakov, State Secretary - Vice-President of JSCo "RZD"; N.P. Borisova, Director of the Russian Direct Investment Fund.

During action the participants of establishment and implementation strategies of Russia’s development in 1991-2016 shared experience and discussed the keys of success for a new strategy of development of the country.
