Signing of the Protocol between Saint-Petersburg administration and the Group of Finnish counselors of the Saint-Petersburg Government took place on the 24th of October within the strategists’ Forum. The Protocol was signed by E.D. Grigoriev, chairman of the Committee for external relations of Saint-Petersburg and A.Blum, finnish coordinator of the GFC. Positive results and successful form of long-standing cooperation as well as an effectiveness of the finnish business work within the GFC were emphasized. At the same time priority directions of cooperation in the period of 2016-2020 were projected. Some of them were energetics, building, infrastructural projects, housing and utilities, environmental protection and  support for small and medium-sized businesses. Both sides highlighted that there is a strong necessity in intensification of business connections between Saint-Petersburg and Finland and in involving new participants (e.g. young entrepreneurs) in them.
