During the research and practice training seminar Arthur Batchaev, Head of Territorial Strategic Planning Department, made a report on the theme "About Methodical Approaches to Socio-Economic Development Strategy of Municipal District" and presented to participants the Concept of XV Forum. It aroused much interest among the participants and it is going to discuss it on the Forum.

The Training seminar took place in Novosibirsk in context of III All-Russian Conference "Development of the City Agglomerations in Russia". It was organized by The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Government of Novosibirsk Region for the subjects of Siberian Federal District on the strategic planning Federal Law realization challenges.
