Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia" Organizing Committee confirmed the official invitation of a number of senior government officials and experts to participate in the plenary sessions on October 24-25.

It is expected the following speakers to take part in the Forum:

• Dmitry Kozak, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government;
• Alexei Ulyukaev, Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation;
• Ksenia Yudaeva, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation;
• Sergey Morozov, Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region;
• Eugeny Gavrilenkov, Chief Economist at Sberbank CIB;
• Andrey Sharonov, Rector of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO;
• Alexander Voloshin, Member of the Government Commission for the Coordination of Open Government;
• Kirill Dmitriev, CEO, Russian Direct Investment Fund.

Alexey Kudrin, Chairman of the Board, Center for Strategic Research; Deputy Chairman, Economic Council under the President of the Russian Federation, has earlier confirmed participation as a moderator of the plenary session "Lessons from the Past Strategies for the Future Strategies". 

Besides, confirmation to participate in the Forum was received from Dmitry Pankin, Chairman of the Board, Eurasian Development Bank; Mikhail Dmitriev, President, Economic Partnership "New Economic Growth" and Andrei Yakovlev, Director, HSE Institute for Industrial and Market Studies; President, Association of Russian Economic Think Tanks.
