The Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia" Organizing Committee Meeting was held at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The meeting was moderated by A.V. Tsybulskiy, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, and attended by the representatives of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, RANEPA, ICSER "Leontief Centre", Union of Architects of Russia and other organizations involved in the preparation to the Jubilee Forum.

The participants listened to the report of the Boris Zhikharevich, Forum Research Advisor, on the results of the application programme. In total it is received 36 applications. 30 applications are included in the draft programme and 6 are in the waiting list. It were accepted the reports announced by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. Organizing Committee has decided to bring foreign colleagues to participate with reports not only on the subject of crossborder cooperation, but also strategic and spatial planning; recommended to consider the possibility of participation of CEMAT representatives; has approved the proposal to organize meetings of the moderators of roundtables of each thematic line on the stage of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and develop the common vision on the challenges; has developed a number of recommendations on the Forum Programme and arrangements.
