On March 28 The First Meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Jubilee XV All-Russia Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Building Alignment through Dialogue" was held at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in Moscow. It was held by Aleksandr Tsybulskiy, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The Forum will take place on October 24-25, 2016 in the form of the open dialogue and centered around two core themes. The first core is – «Strategies of the Turbulence Period» and the second is - «Strategic Planning Technique». The programme of the jubilee Forum is expected to include about 25-30 events with the participation of representatives of federal executive bodies, public corporations, Russian and foreign experts, heads of the regions.
