Forum participants cover their direct expenses on transport, accommodation and registration fee.

BUSINESS-CLASSBusiness-class registration fee (all options, which are in the standard registration fee, as well as VIP status assignment, that guarantees a place at the forefront of the plenary meetings, transfer organization (if required - airport /railway station to hotel and return), free Wi-Fi access during the Forum) |

Additionally to registration fee participants might pay extra options:
- Organizational and methodological assistance in preparation of the report and presentation materials for the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning - 165 EUR

- Distribution of the information and promotion materials among the Forum participants - 500 EUR
